LO3 Originate and Plan television idents to a brief
Pre-production planning to include
- Written proposal (pitch script)
- Begin with an investigation into the chosen Channel
- Generate a theme and initial ideas for your indents
- Designs for idents minimum of 4 (including final choice of ident to be produced with rationale, thumbnail sketches are acceptable as are Moodboards)
- Similar products with analysis (Moodboard)
- Storyboards (if required)
- Psychographic detail on the channel chosen
- What is a suite of idents and what function do they perform?
- Seasonality if appropriate (Is it for Christmas?)
- Production Diary
